This guy is incredibly important for the team - he sets the standards for work rate and intensity on the field.

He is a feisty little ***** too, good to see some niggle and combativeness in the red and black.

I think he would thrive in a final if given the chance.

There was one that maybe you're thinking of where he chose to bump instead of tackling. He's still in the top 10 in the comp for tackles and he's only just getting started. He'll be right.

Dont mind this.
A bump to rattle some rib cages. This is the sort of edge we need to bring in.

Between Dev, Merrett and Redman, we have a good balance of niggle around the midfield now.
Fanta, Hooker and Stringer don't mind a bit either.

A bit of talk that he'll miss tmrow against the Roos. Not sure if hes been carrying an injury or something - hes been slightly down on his 2018 form so far this year, and the stats dont show much of a dip but I just dont think he's been impacting games the way we know he can;-

2018 - ave disposals - 22, tackles 8.4, marks - 3.8, goals - 0.8
2019 - ave disposals - 19, tackles 6.5, marks - 3.5, goals - 0.8


I hope he gets up and has a big game - his tackling pressure super important for us
