Just saying he was not playing full VFL time every week so it was unlikely he was going to get more than 70% game time at AFL level. His endurance has not been at that level.not sure on actual VFL TOG % but it didn't stop him getting 30+ possessions.
I just think adding size, to go with his height and bullying our mids in preseason will give him more chance of getting a run and competing with opposition midfields, than lowering his 2km time.
Agree. Has to start finding some spread from stoppage rather than firing out handballs all the time, many that go to guys under more pressure than him.I just want to see him win the ball and powerfully run 10-15 meters before having to dispose, if he can use his legs to get into space he won't feel as much pressure before having to kick.

We haven't seen a genuine highlight from him yet.I just want to see him win the ball and powerfully run 10-15 meters before having to dispose, if he can use his legs to get into space he won't feel as much pressure before having to kick.

I think you forgot the decimal point. More like 4.5metres out. What does a genuine highlight look like for a bottom of the pack extractor?
Is him kicking a goal off one step from 45 in the Richmond game when both sides couldn’t hit the ocean from the beach a highlight?

No and yesIf Munkara was drafted at Pick 5
And Tsatas a rookie pick.
would Munkara have lasted more than a season?
And would Tsatas still be on the list?
YehGood start to the preseason with todays time trial. Hopefully he's still in the top few when more senior players are running.
I think I read 15 or so ran. Saad and Nguyen were behind Binns, Clarke and Roberts. So he’s in the middle of the pack. Would be interested in what times they ranYeh
Was it around 6th or 7th?
PB by 10 seconds for Tsatas according to CJohns on BB, pretty sure Elijah is the source.I think I read 15 or so ran. Saad and Nguyen were behind Binns, Clarke and Roberts. So he’s in the middle of the pack. Would be interested in what times they ran
A highlight would be him actually showing some dash from a stoppage or some outside run more than 6 or 7 times in a season.
Have seen a few rumours floating around that they have earmarked him to fill the defensive-mid role that Setterfield was playing.
I don't think he's got much choice in the matter if he wants to play at AFL level. He's a great clearance winner but I wouldn't say it's a genuine bottom of the pack hardball get type of clearance that means he can get away with the limited outside game he has, and he hasn't shown that he can bust through a pack taking ground then kick it forward 50m inaccurately the way Dangerfield can. He's left with learning how to use what should be a pretty good-sized frame defensively at stoppages.
All the big inside guysAnd will be limited to the type of player he plays on. They'd have to be of similar pace.
Unless he plays as a defensive half midfielder, instead of a run-with mid. But hed have to be assured by disposal, and that also leaves an opposition midfielder by himself a lot.
the guys bolded may be big (although I would argue warner and richards are debatable in that regard too) but they are not inside mids. Mcluggage has been playing wing most of his career, young/richards transitioned from running backmen to mids in the last 2 seasons and warner is half forward flank/midfielder hybrid. All the big inside guys

Would be the guys. He just cant really go deep back with them so would have to be a handover. Most of these guys listed that isnt their forteit though
I do like it, if its true
