Think back to the Essendon final, I'm much more confident when he leads to the left pocket even though it's the opposite side for a right footer.
Suits his kicking action.

******* Heath Shaw took out his legs in that marking contest after the grouse kick from Anderson. One of the smartest non-free kick free kicks I've ever seen. Would've liked to see him end up with a bag but he was a shining light last night.
That was a text book case of why Waite would have taken that mark. He would have stuck out the leg and Shaw would not have got close. Needs to use his body more and learn from his team
Mates.

He would have kicked five if he had gotten 50 metres for the two times he was dragged down late after marking.
I was so pissed of with those last night. That's what the rule is for FFS, not the pedantic rubish like the 10m rule.

Has been in exceptional form the last couple of months. Gives some confidence heading into finals and 2017. I'd like to see a bit more nasty in him but I suspect he simply won't ever be that type. Hopes on McKay to be that player. If we can get Daw on a treadmill for 6 months straight he might be able to be the wrecking ball, certainly doesn't hesitate to smash bodies when he can.

Really? Almost unstoppable on the lead and if he gets the stretch but isn't much chop in body contests. Getting better year on year though so hopefully next year will be an even bigger threat.
Seen him extend and clunk em more regularly one on one recently. Made Davis look second rate at times last night.

I think David worked him out, hence the 2nd half dropped away. Borderline legal of course but once a bit of body is put on him from the side he struggles to reset. Still only 23 and has been better each year so no reason why he can't tick that off next year.

Yep, borderline tunneled a couple of times, opponents hanging off every limb, still no love from the umps, would like to see him get a bit of shit in his game at some stage and rag doll a few defenders at some stage, but that may take a another season or 2 in the gym.

Props to you for getting the ''grouse'' in there also, haven't heard that for a while!!

Correct what you're saying but they are 2 different players with different attributes etc.....Brown has a certain skill set and he works hard with what he has.
