Punters seem to agree. Into $12 now. Zac Merrett was $101 before his rising star. Into $41 now.
It's unlikely but I could easily see him exceeding his first half of the season and ending with 30+ goals and top 5 in contested marks. It probably wouldn't be enough - particularly given the bias towards midfielders in the RS - but it would put him around the mark.

Langdon should have it in the bag but Joe has been playing number one forward for us the whole year and doing a decent job at it. It's a lot easier playing Langdon's role.

I repeat. Joe Daniher is a true Centre Half Forward

Now we just need Jeremy Cameron out of Full Forward and we are set :D
Until he builds strength in the legs he'll do most of his damage getting the ball on the lead setting up others, because he's got an exceptional footy brain.

I busted a nut when he just casually unloaded the 70 metre torp to Ambrose

That may be the case but take nothing away from Langdon, he has been outstanding.

One of JD's more average games to late but when you come up against a back in AA form what can you expect? His body still needs work before he can take on that kind of challenge. The learning curve is good and he still managed to put a major on the board.

I wish he would just grab those marks he could so easily have but it's pretty hard when the defender notices he has no chance and jumps on Joe to stop the mark.

Is it because he's so much taller than his opponent that the umpires let it flow? I cannot comprehend how many free kicks he should of received this year.

He should have at least 10 more goals to his tally purely based upon free kicks that weren't paid even though they were there.

How frustrating is it when he does half the job, gets separation from his opponent only to spill the easy chest mark.
