FWIW all the tickets left will be standing room only.

It is going to be a huge crowd.

Probably the biggest crowd that I will be a part of.

I just purschased level 2 seats. I couldn't belive my eyes when they came up, i just thought i'd have a look knowing nothing special would be avaiable because i've been looking all week, and bang this morning these 2 awesome seats came up. There is still level 4 seating though.

Hey there guys!

This is probably a stuipid question, but I haven't been to a finals game before and have got standard public reserve seats booked for tomorrow's game, and just wanted to make sure that the seats are reserved, which I am assuming they are since there's seat numbers on the tickets.

Yeah mate, as long as you have a row, bay and seat number it is an actual seat.

Standing room tickets in finals only provide bay numbers I believe, although I've never stood for a final.

Either that or ticketek being ticketek and not releasing the good seats till real late. Everyday I’ve checked in the morning it would say Premium Seating is available, then by late morning, it would show Limited or Single seats only. Log back in next day and they have released more Premium Seating. So going by that logic if all tickets aren’t sold by today you never know they might release some great Premium Seating tickets tomorrow morning.
 
level 1 seats guys :D, sitting next to geelong cheersquad, biggest crowd i have ever been to was anzac day last year not sure how many was there but there were heaps, i think this may be bigger, could it get to 100,000?

I don't think there will be 100k but it will sure come close.
 
should be an awesome crowd. Geelong supproters are now good at coming in large number. my tip is around the low 90s mark 93k or thereabouts, and will be electric, because it is genuine supporters. I hope we all enjoy the game.

Your kidding aren't you? There is no better atmosphere than standing rooms....I have tickets most weeks on the lower level and still make my way to standing room every week. This week I have M18 EE and will probably to to standing room at M21

Likewise, I always stand at games on the AFL members wing. For me the atmosphere is great, you can move around all you want and you're not stuck in a seat (for a tall guy like me its uncomfortable).

Also for me its probably going to the old soccer days when I stood all the time, just prefer it that way.
 
the people who prefer to stand, do you buy standing room or seats?
 
People who get seats and plan on standing in the standing room sections all game might as well swap their tickets to people who would hate to stand all day via this thread.

(That shouldn't breach any forum rules, I dont think).
