don't know about being a prog-head (and i'm too young to have experienced any of this stuff in its glory years) but i have a few go to's in my stash. i'm sure i've mentioned some of these before when crossing paths in prog-related threads. i tend to favour heavy prog. quite a lot of what i have kicking around on my hd is non-english.

Prog > Everything else. Proud to say I own 7 of the above albums. I wouldn't really call Physical Graffiti prog and if you're going to include Jethro Tull how could you not have Thick As A Brick as their #1. I'd also have Yessongs as #1 for Yes. I think you could include any Emerson Lake and Palmer album but I'll go for...
