It's crazy how JZ is given the spiritual captain tag while Gibbo gets his arse whipped for hitting lace out passes.
maybe cos most of Jack's clangers come from split-second thropw-it-on-the-boot kicks in the middle of a pack ; where Gibbo's are mostly taken in space, on the move, and he has time to aim for a target?

Yep. The disposal efficiency argument with Jack is odd enough as it is given where and how he gets his footy, but to compare to a player like Gibson that gets the majority of his touches uncontested is bizarre.

While I do agree with you that this is the case, Jack's throw it on the boot kicks from congestion are actually really concerning. I thought he would have developed a lot more composure by now. Cunners is the perfect example, he only throws it on the boot when he has absolutely no other options.

Cunners and Ziebs will 2 of the scariest players to play for North for a very long time.If Cunners des not get you Ziebs will.Cant wait till Ziebs is captain and his deputy is Cunner.Opposition teams will be shitting them selves when these 2 hit there potential.
I would love to see on fri night live from Mykonos they give it to Goodard. Hi princess who was weak rub his nose on the turf and as he gets up to get the ball Cunners slams him 2.He would be out for the rest of the season.LOL

Jack would get 6 weeks if that happened and Cunners would cop a 4 down to 3 for the same incident. Meanwhile Floggard would appear on afl360 with slobbo and whateley in a full body cast.

Have you been watching? Jack is missing targets when he's in space more than anyone else.

Not only that (which people seem to think is the only reason for his low DE%), but he does miss when in space also when not under pressure.

Thing is he can be a beautiful kick and be very damaging - which makes it all the more frustrating when he turns it over when he appears to have hit it sweetly. I'd like to think the coaches are working on both these areas as a priority.

reckon jack really tried hard all night, butchered it for the 1st 3 quarters though, but really lifted in the last, that toe tap was pretty special,

Agree and disagree. Cunners is better in the centre square but his rushed disposals are worse than Jack's because they are usually out of a defensive 50 stoppage and go straight to the opposition who kick a goal
