Yeahnah, football was the issue today. The SCG is kind of a shithole at times, mismatched stands,
odd size
todays surface wasn't even playable
Once again he should have come back through the twos.He played a little like a guy back from
injury and not suspension.
Port ran out of puff. That’s how we got to 10 points. And I still don't know how we only lost by less than 10 points - we were that bad. Maybe that says more about Port than us, I don't know.
Our skill execution across the ground was appalling, turnovers and out of bounds were being handed out like lollypops.

He’s not Buddy.
It would be. Heeney weny missing completely in the middle two quarters, only 1 & 3 disposals.Gonna be really tough to vote for POTY today.
We got fit and now we are injuredWorst ive seen us play for about 5 years the basics in the first 3 quarters were completely absent cant tackle/kick or even do anything.
What exactly did we do in the offseason?
That’s Callum Mills who used to play for us. Might be good one day when he comes back for a game in 2027.Camera cutting to Mills every 5 mins and him doing a concerned look was a special treat
Who is that bloke?
They’ll probably do it dishonestly too Punts.I reckon gc will touch us up honestly
Yep and as Bice has a lethal left foot and looks a dogged type if he we are calling a spade a spade he is another lightweight. He certainly does not have the body of a hard in the contest like Malceski. We are small and as Ted said today, nice.Pepper Powell bumping Florent of the ball with ease sums up our team imo
Just a heap of light flankers and when the going gets tough we are boys
I swear Port kicked a goal within a minute at the start of every quarter. How the heck can we be asleep at the opening bounce of each and every quarter today?
Cunningham did a good job on Rioli in the prelim last year. Felt his absence out there today, let off the chain too often.
The Reserves were pretty decent in the first half - second half less so. But he showed significantly less than others playing on the day (Ladhams, Buller) - if you are picking on form, you aren't picking McDonald.I think you are putting too much on what was expected of Logan. The delivery was atrocious. If you want him to mark in a pack of 4 or 5 then it ain't going to happen most times. If you put the ball to the backs advantage then it isn't going to happen at all. The Reserves were nersrly as bad as the Seniors, except they won by 2 points
Listen sport. He was poor in the 2nd & 3rd. He was good in the 1st & 4th but to give him the votes? Not sure about that. I like consistency. He doesn't chase enough. Just stops. In the second and third, when he was getting touched up he sooked and didn't chase. I think he is a very good player but to be great you really have to put the team before self and I don't think Isaac does that enough. You're clueless mate. You keep banging the drum when Heeney is the only bloke keeping us afloat.
If he put up the same numbers across the game he'd have 30 and 4 with 15 contested, AND you want him to do the same defensive work as blokes not carrying anywhere near the same load. So if he's not prime GAJ he's not good enough.
