Was one of the biggest crowds I have ever been to, I noted in the footy record that our record home and away attendance was 87,653 against Essendon in 1989. Came very close to breaking that record.

I don't think so at the MCG, at SS that is the case.

Yeah, that's why a crowd of 24,000 or so at SS bring about the same mount of money as huge crowd as a 60,000+ crowd at the G.
