Even Amartey... Frustrating as hell to waste all those shots but he also clearly beat his opponent.

Pretty excited to have all Mills, Heeney, Warner and Gulden out there together.

We got the 4 points in a hostile environment away from home and we keep the finals dream alive. Let's go

Still a lot to play out this year, but I do want to highlight again the impact of having 6-8 best 22 players out on a rolling basis has on a team.

I know a lot of people were going on about "Injuries don't account for a lack of intent!!!" But having players back means we aren't relying almost solely on Bice for distribution from the backline, that Blakey doesn't have to play a deep defender, and that we have outlet kicks down the wings because we have multiple tall options up forward, one of who can stay deep.

I do want to say, Amarty had a good game. Shithouse goal kicking but repeatedly got up the field and provided an outlet, got plenty on the lead inside 50 and competed at ground level. Even if he kicked at 25% it would have been a very highly rated game.

He didn't tho lol.

A good win. It was never really in doubt despite the horrid set shots

Nothing to complain about apart from goal kicking. Even Amartey was actually quite good. It was nice to have a meaningful target in the forward line for once. Grundy was sensational. Mills was solid! Papley a bit rusty but it's good to see him back.
