On the conversation on Shiel's output, I rate his work and hope he goes on to play 300 in the red & black but he hasn't dominated to the extent I expected he might, there have been times when he has looked great and elite around the ball but one thing I notice in a few matches has been the ruckman not tapping the ball in his direction and his finishing around goal has been a let down but there will be days when his goal kicking will click.

He had a great run before injury set him back. It's really just his goal kicking that's let him down.
