Unfortunately what some produce or where they play in the U18’s doesn’t replicate in the AFL.
Some take time to adjust, Luke is in this category. Give him time and hopefully he gets a clear run from injuries and then let’s see what he is capable of.
A clear run from injury is the key. He's been hampered pretty much since early 2019.

The best we can hope for this year is to get some footy into him, he has a clear preseason and we see what he can do from there.

Exactly. Lukosius was a ruckman at U18 level, dominating all over the ground like a tall mobile midfielder.

The defining thing for him imo will be if he can get stronger, fitter and more powerful. He has zero speed to his game in any aspect. If he doesn’t develop it he won’t make it. If he does he has the tools to be very good.

If you can’t see the talent in this bloke I don’t know what to tell you. Fair dinkum some people have no idea.

Huge step up even from last week. All he needs is fitness and continuity.
Bizarre innit? Almost like there’s some prize to write him off first.
