I don't particularly dislike Christianity, in a way I envy those with faith. As I've got older I've become more spiritually curious and if I have at some time shown some distaste for Christians it's nothing compared to your visceral hatred of Islam.

Christianity isn't nearly as bad as Islam anyway. But we all know which one is socially acceptable to bash and which one isn't.

Uhh, well I dare say that Islam says his way of life is wrong too, and the 'punishments' would potentially be a lot harsher.

If my dislike of Islam was race based would that not mean I'd dislike the Christian religion just as much? Because, I don't know? Half the African continent are black Christians?

Just because we've not had a lot of experience of Islam in the West (yet), does not mean we shouldn't be wary of it or take an interest in the religion.
