I reckon this should be added to the next game (or be one itself)

Team Builder / AFL: Team Builder
  • Select a team name, coach name and stadium name
  • Select a logo, design a home and clash jumper, and select sponsors (fake ones, like Like instead of Nike, Jeep instead of Jeep, so on so forth)
  • Select 30 players rated 60-70 (named Bronze Players)
  • Build your starting 22, and pick your captain
  • Begin the journey!
The Journey is a season-like tournament, with 22 matches against state teams, like Southport from the VFL, Glenelg from SANFL, etc.
If you reach the top eight, you advance to the finals.
The way to improve your team is by gaining XP. This is done by playing matches in the Journey mode, buying and selling players, and upgrading your stadium.
Every match has an objective, with XP to gain (e.g. kick 6 goals, gain 6300 XP) and wins depending on score (margin, total points scored and goals) also attribute to XP (table below). Finals games add 1500 XP to the total gained (with a bonus 1000 XP if won), and Grand Finals add 2500 XP, with an extra 2500 XP if you win.

The final use for XP is to build your stadium. It will gain XP for you to both upgrade / and or buy players and upgrade said stadium. You however will have to pay to keep your stadium running. Stadiums are individual to the user and device: these cannot be used during online matches

Up to five Team Builder “teams” can be built.
These teams can be accessed under the Team Builder option in the Exhibition Match menu if chosen to be played against existing teams.
Team Builder “teams” can be submitted to the Fanhub Community section, however without the custom stadiums.

Replace teams in the Career Mode to play against other AFL licensed teams in the national competition

Only issue I can see is endless debates around the weighting. But the system itself should work you would think.

Thanks mate, quite appreciated. Yeah I just hate in-game transactions using real money, that's why I added that system
