A couple of other important matches also on Saturday Brisbane Roar V Melbourne Victory and Central Coast V Western United with all teams desperate for a win after disappointing couple of weeks.

According to comments from Jameson a few days ago, Warren Joyce instilled new higher standards for the players to adhere to which all did except for Bruno. Whether true or not, I don't know.

The club stopped playing Bruno Fornaroli cause he was in secret talks to join Sydney FC. Apparently it wasn't Joyce's decision to stop playing him but the club's owners/admin (as far as I have ascertained over the years)

Getting rid of him and replacing him with Jamie Mclaren as our Marquee player was the best on field decision we ever made as a club, and our growing silverware cabinet is testament to that.

Great player, but bit of a Figjam, and definitely wouldn't take him back at City.
