Yeah that is true. In Gui's case, he wasn't getting a game because he wasn't playing well for us so if he has realised he is out-of-favour and wants more opportunities, leaving sooner rather than later gives him a better chance. That's an import spot for us free to use as well, so, let's not waste it!! Puts us going in the right direction.
