A-League Round 16 and we have last years Grand Final replay again between Sydney V City an important match for both clubs in the context of the season also the Sky Blue Derby (which I made up). Another very important match is Adelaide V Western Sydney important in the make up of the top six. Finally we have a wooden spoon match up between Newcastle and Victory.

Newcastle Jets V Melbourne Victory, Hunter Stadium, 3:05pm EST
Sydney FC V Melbourne City, Leichardt Oval, 5:05pm EST
Adelaide United V Western Sydney Wanderers, Hindmarsh Stadium, 7:10pm EST 6:40pm CST

Sunday 11th April
Wellington Phoenix V Western United, Wollongong Showgrounds, 7:05pm EST

Tuesday 13th April
Newcastle Jets V Perth Glory, Coffs International Stadium, 7:05pm EST

Wednesday 14th April
Adelaide United V Macarthur FC, Hindmarsh Stadium, 7:35pm EST 7:05pm CST

First draw of the season. Don't know how we didn't break through before that, full credit to Sydney's defence.

It was a fantastic game overall.. a draw was probably the right outcome, Smurfs had heaps of chances too.

But psychologically speaking, feels like a massive win for the City boys.

Weak penalty, Wales shouldn’t even be out there, clearly the a league don’t give a fu** about concussions and head clashes
How on earth was he assessed ok? It was clear from the footage that he was concussed at point of head contact and fell limp to the ground. That was a shocker, do they have bloody doctors at the ground?
