Nah, I pay that... he's as good as level with the ball, and the attacking team should get the advantage. I get sick of them guessing over line ball decisions.

I don't know the word-for-word definition, but if your feet are behind the ball/the 2nd last defender, it should be a goal IMO.

Pretty sure it's any part of your body that you can score with.
