It is still simulation. According to IFAB, "an action which creates a wrong/false impression that something has occurred when it has not (see also Deceive); committed by a player to gain an unfair advantage " and "attempts to deceive the referee, e.g. by feigning injury or pretending to have been fouled."It's not actually simulation if there's contact, whether he initiated it or not.
Still none of those were pens IMO, the last one was probably the closest to it.
There is nothing in the rules about there having to be no contact for it to be simulation.
