Brave and fearless, 3 All Australian players,
Captain of the year, Most courageous - no fears,
We'll be shouting, clapping, cheering you all,
At the final hurdle we hope there's no fall,
Seize the moment, play your hearts out,
Get the job done, we have no doubt.
Red, blue and gold, Crows to raise the winners cup,
The prize they have been working for, we'll all stand up,
We admire your strengths, talents and fight,
The time is now, we know it's right.
Way back when we lost our wonderful Phil,
To here and now, Don Pyke fits the bill,
He binds us together, helps us believe,
Home to Adelaide the prize to retrieve.
Since '98 when last won by us,
This year's our year, seriously no fuss,
So come on all you Crows fans, let's hear the words,
WE FLY AS ONE, the mightiest of birds,
GO YOU ADELAIDE CROWS !!!

1 It rhymes

2 It really is a quality piece of verse. I love the second last line "WE FLY AS ONE, the mightiest of birds"
