Man that's interesting. Here you can drink pretty much anywhere you want, but it's only horrible midstrength. I'm guessing they're stubbies or cans poured into plastic cups? Anyway I'm pretty experienced with the art of smashing beers to get back to the action - Vic Crow and I went to the MCG Ashes in 06/07 through tickets from my work, only catch being that the seats were in the dry Family Area. I managed to sleuth in quite a few beers during play while watching from the bar while barely missing any of the action up close. My work in tight situations like that is unparalleled.

In your case it was Canadian Club and Sprite. I'll remember the smell of that vomit for as long as there is air in my lungs.
Still gotta be better than a Melbourne drinking nite comprised of a steady diet of vodka and raspberries followed by a post midnight comprehensive painting pink of an until then blindingly white hotel bathroom.
Won't mention any names, but a certain member of this board is guilty of the above.

Said member was so intoxicated he was also finishing every half empty beer he could find on bars at the casino. It was a rich tapestry.
We're talking about the same time. I was being quite literal when I said I could not recall that part of the story.
The member has had closer brushes with death due to alcohol intake.

Well my memory of it is vivid and horrifying.
I wasn't referring to alcohol intake, specifically to taking half drunk pots at the casino.
