Yep, we might already have a big milestone this week, but sharing in a milestone once again with Pie is our beloved serial_thrilla who notches up 200 SFA games this weekend!

The former skipper made his return to Dragon Island this season after spending a season with (checks notes) the Furies, after he had spent a season with (checks notes again) the Swamprats, and then finally made his way back home. We don't hold any grudges mate and it's fantastic to have you back (though you could have been celebrating both SFA/Dragons 200 games right now...)


We all love serial, unless you're really bad at submitting team sheets of course. A consistent contributor to the league since he joined in S29, serial hit the ground running, netting himself an EKA as the best rookie, and within only a couple of seasons even became captain of the club, taking over from AceAndy (some say knifed, but...), won a premiership and along the way racked up a boat load of awards.

The league wouldn't be the same without it's watchful protector, SFA policeman, evil genius, poster of dark humour memes... whatever words you use to describe serial, it's amazing to think it's been 11 seasons already. And I for one, hope there's many many more!

Amongst the litany of achievements of serial_thrilla, surely the rarest and most prestigious was co-captaining the Furies in S39, an honour bestowed on only the most deserving of qootballers.

Congratulations, serial, from the 200 questions (the answer was Watto; iykyk, if you don't, then you missed #grandfinalrematch and have therefore failed at life) to Virtual Boy countdowns, to Gallop J Fry, to making a captain's speech after the S39 GF, it's been quite a ride!!
