Isn't it great to finally have some options with players coming back!To the point that I'd even say I'd play Bice off the wing and dropping Lloyd if we don't drop both of them
Like where does Roberts come back into the lineup if we look 10x the side with Mills at half back
Do we go with Roberts McInerney Gulden as the wingers?
And the ground we play at next, we copped an absolute hiding last time we played Port and lost in round 5 this year to Collingwood, let’s hope we can walk away with a win this time, won’t be a walk in the park like Richmond yesterday. There endeth the MCG hoodoo!
100% I mean its still weird that Florent hasn't even come to my mind of coming back in, probably shows that we should tempt a bottom Victorian club with Lloyd coming home for a junk 3rd or something if he is just a depth playerIsn't it great to finally have some options with players coming back!
Shouldn’t even be a decision between bice or Warner thoBe keeping it simple next game.
Errol hopefully back in for Bice or Co Warner
Amartey back into the forward line with Hanily out
Florent in for Adams as the sub
Keep the back 7 as it was this week, which means if Roberts comes back, it has to be in Bice or Co Warners role, otherwise through the 2s

One is a small forward in the side and one is a winger, just a slight difference unless you want to play Bice/Errol/McInerney as a small forward I just don't see Corey being dropped for ErrolShouldn’t even be a decision between bice or Warner tho
Bice has way more to offer than Warner least bice gets it and tries to create Warner offers bugger all every week don’t see to many positives with him at all very lucky to b getting a game in my opinion ..no way in the world he’s better than florent cleary or even Mitchell
Shuffle the deck chairs about cause Warner isn’t a small forwards a**hole anyways ..One is a small forward in the side and one is a winger, just a slight difference unless you want to play Bice/Errol/McInerney as a small forward I just don't see Corey being dropped for Errol
100% he shouldn't be playing but our genuine small forwards are Datolli and Papley both coming off longer injuries and don't really want to play themShuffle the deck chairs about cause Warner isn’t a small forwards a**hole anyways ..
Totally agree ..100% he shouldn't be playing but our genuine small forwards are Datolli and Papley both coming off longer injuries and don't really want to play them
It’s a tricky one isn’t it cause he still has the ability to find the footy but yeah he certainly looks slowFather time has caught up with Lloyd. I think a stint in reserves to find some confidence, work out his current strengths & maybe a reality check for him would be ideal.
Lloyd was fine yesterday. Adams has lost his zip. Not in the best 23.
Especially when he was on 6 TOs and the next worst was 3Lloyd ? which of his 8 turnovers was your favourite ? I liked his 0 1 percenters
Especially when he was on 6 TOs and the next worst was 3
Because he was kicking backwards rather than forwardsHe was better once the game was won I guess to be fair .
Lloyd ? which of his 8 turnovers was your favourite ? I liked his 0 1 percenters
I think I was on RilesMacca stream and said Jake Lloyd is shocking and then 10 seconds after i finished typing he made that kick. On pointI liked the one where he was under no pressure and had hanily free in acres of space on the wing. And he kicked it out on the full.
Longmire used to do that too.Was Cox even doing much coaching today? just sat on the bench without a set on
Corey was damned awful in a side that won easily. Lloyd got lots of disposals bu didn't do much with them. One is a small forward in the side and one is a winger, just a slight difference unless you want to play Bice/Errol/McInerney as a small forward I just don't see Corey being dropped for Errol
Don't confuse 'negative' with constructive Kbroome.Healy was shocking
We were winning by 40 or 50 and all his comments were negative about us.
I basically disagree with 3/4 of the stuff in this post, other than Blakey and Harry comments
I agree, I really like Healy's commentating during our games. It feels the closest we will get to thoughts & views straight from the inner sanctum. If he grouches & grumbles over player's weaknesses, I'm fairly confident it's not just his perspective, but one that's also been shaped from the perspectives of fellow former Swans and even those inside the club that Healy has contact with. The same goes for praise he has for our players.Don't confuse 'negative' with constructive Kbroome.
This is who you think was 'shocking', and whose comments you don't seem to value.
Gerard Healy was:
-VFL Players Association MVP and the Simpson Medallist.
-Brownlow Medallist.
-Swans Team of the Century.
-Australian Football Hall of Fame, and Sydney Swans Hall of Fame.
-Played in the 1990 NSW State of Origin team that beat Victoria
(alongside John Longmire, Wayne Carey, and four Daniher brothers)
Has been awful most of the season, but actually showed some nice moments in H2 on Saturday. Perhaps enough to save his bacon, probably depends on who's fit.Father time has caught up with Lloyd. I think a stint in reserves to find some confidence, work out his current strengths & maybe a reality check for him would be ideal.
