3rd in marks on the lead
4th highest marks out of all forwards

Probably agree with you but he's also not the worst pick.

McKay might’ve been a better choice for balance (gives you a second ruck in the team), but again I don't think Waterman is totally off the mark.

In a strange way, I feel like all of this is what's best for him. "Reality check" is a bit strong and not really what I'm trying to say but i think Charlie being a little more 'grounded' may be what's best for him. I'm wording this really poorly but it makes sense in my mind
