it's strange the brownlow, the umpires are ridiculed every single game and get called blind but they end up voting for the most prestigious award in the afl.

I'd have less problem with the AFLPA award if it wasn't just an overall 3-2-1 system from the nominated players

Club rivalries are real.

As a Carlton person who would you be more likely to vote for if two players had equal seasons. The Collingwood player or the Bulldog?

Would love a breakdown of how clubs voted.

But yes the umpires aren't above criticism.
