So if there All Australian AFLW team was to play off against an SANFL U19s team like Norwood, who would win and by how much?
Not sure if this poll is designed just to troll the women, but if you genuinely need to ask this, I'd be surprised.
The men's under 19s would destroy them. The physical differences alone would be too much to overcome.

For a couple of examples, consider that the 2024 AA women's ruck is listed at 184cm, the FB and FF are 174cm and 180cm respectively. They'd be dwarfed by the boys. Then you factor in things like strength, speed, kicking distance, etc. it's just too big of a gap to overcome.

I don't need to troll the woman's game. I am genuinely wanting to know what standard they are at.
We see the national woman's soccer teams regularly thrashed by school boys teams, so I'm wondering if the same thing would be true in the AFL.

I love the Matildas, regularly watch them at national level. I'm not sure how often they've played junior men's or boys teams, there's one example I can find where they lost 7-0 to an under 15s boys team

Physical differences are important in soccer, but they are exponentially more important in Australian football.

A decent Division 1 Under 16 boys club team would beat an AA women's team.

Sarina Williams is a good one on this male v female athletes question, she said when asked how would she go against Andy Murray > I would get destroyed 6-0 6-0 very quickly, male tennis is a different sport to female tennis.

If it happens regularly, can you list all the instances of this happening and the scores please?

In order to give the AA a chance, you would have to add some rules -

Rule #1 - A boys would have their shoelaces tied together.

Correct, yet they get the same wage. Total biggest load of crap in world sport.

Norwood U19's. I don't rate last year's AFLW AA team, I'd think they would lose to North Melbourne's Premiership team. Of course, they would have to find replacements for the three NMFC players.

To provide a counter argument, 2 seasons ago my clubs under 16 boys team played our under 18 women's team. The girls won by 6 goals BUT many of the girls already play for the Western Jets and higher and will be drafted into the AFLW over the next 2 years whereas none of the boys team are likely to play any higher than local footy.
