i have no doubt an element is fitness but his natural reaction isn't to run defencively. he's great defencively when around the play or with ball in hand, but when he needs to cover ground/space/or an oppo, he tends to wane

TBH I never thought Sinclair would end up more than a fringe player but the way he finished last year and how confident he looks in his ability now is so impressive.
Such a bonus getting this much improvement from a borderline 22 player like him. Absolute lock for best 22 these days.
