TBH i think Jordan Kelly would be absolutely perfect for us. Never going to get a game over Suckling and etc. and probably wouldn't be in our best back 6 atm either, but our backline is definately ageing. We need to start making replacements now, even if it means replacing Duffield with Kelly and we rate Duffield slightly higher. This is why we need clancee pushing to take Duff's spot as well. I'd say Ibbo, Johno and Dawson are all safe and aren't replacable by young guys, but the rest of our backline (Older guys) should start to be pushed out.

When was the last time a club came out and said 'hmmm he is best 22, but we might trade him depending on what we can get for him' doesn't happen

not saying black is a chance to come, in fact I think he's no chance - he had his last season before re-signing. But lets wait until the trade period begins, more names will come out and its very likely we are talking to some already. If not, I am sure we will draft accordingly and fingers crossed its enough

I actually totally agree. The stuff said about Black in this thread and his trade value is absurd. With Waite and Petrie both post 30 Black is very much a required player for North. If Black played for us and requested a trade everyone here would be saying a minimum of a top 8 pick for a player who was rated one of the best young prospects in the country only twelve months ago.Especially, considering n 2014 he was greatly hindered in his ability to push off his man in a marking contest. There is soooo much room for improvement for Black in 2015 and beyond.

Someone posted his height being only 192cm, do not want.
I merely pointed out that Pav is 192cm, obviously not in the same hemisphere though, although some would give up our first rounder AND a handy player.

He isnt a key forward which is why North have raked in Waite
Black might be handy but he wont make our key forward problem go away
