he is out of contract ( im pretty sure ) but he will re-sign no doubt

On the contract list over on the Freo Board it says he's signed up till the end of next year. If they are arguing about a contract I'm sure its about a contract extention.

Not sure what his contract situation is, but I can't imagine he would not be wearing Purple next year.

Totally agree. I'd say he was more important to Freo than Pavlich going forward, just a one of a kind type player.

Although you have to be hoping Vince McMahon doesn't spot him shortly... He'd still be a better worker than the Great Khali (Sorry for those that don't get that.)

article states he is contracted until the end of the 2007 season and the article is dated January 8 2005 which means at the time he would have already been contracted to freo or he would have either not been playing or in the previous pre season draft. If he was resigning for 2005 he would have resigned in 2004.
