Kelly is to appear on 2nd May for hearing of an undisclosed charge.

Again on 13th May for 10 X counts of possession of child exploitation material and one more undisclosed charge.

All of the above-mentioned charges are no long appearing on either today's Daily Court List for Carnarvon Courthouse (the undisclosed type one), or the WA eCourts listing.

Also not listed anymore is the 23 May hearing for his Assault of a Public Officer charge he has pleaded not guilty to.

Just the one court date remains listed for Terence Darrell Kelly at eCourts: Indictment/Charge Number PER IND 96 2022 (Offence Type: Not Disclosed) that he'd pleaded guilty to. It was previously listed for a hearing on 15 May, but today is listed for 9am 24 June.

I’d say maybe a NPO? Possibly granted to preserve the privacy of young Cleo.

Kelly was in court today but there's nothing in the press that I can find yet. Maybe they've gone dark.
