At any given round of bidding you can not bid more than your bank balance otherwise all bids will be forfeited.

I've been following that rule anyway, which is why I don't place bids until I have had time to update my squad page.

That's fair enough, so long as the bids are in order.

ie. Bank balance of $40m left

If I bidded $30m for the first player and $20m for a second player and both bids win then the first bid should stand and the second forfeited. Unfair for both/all bids to be forfeited.

Maybe if your bids take you over budget by 2m, your highest bid could be lowered to fit in with the budget.

stops players hogging the market and forces people into making decisions.

I think Godzkes idea is fine, just take out the last bid made until the balance is enough. You should probably get ppl to include their balance when bidding by PMs just to make it easier for you.

Exactly, per Godzke's idea - I could bid my remaining on 6 players in the auction, and if I get one, I cant get the other, despite the fact that I would have won all 6 bids - that's wrong.

If you have (85m budget remaining for example), then your total amount bid should not exceed that, if it does, either a) all of your bids are forfeited, or you most expensive bid is lowered until your budget is within reach.

Actually now that I think about it, all bids should equal your balance as then you can't overbid which defeats the purpose.

If you have a budget remaining of 100m, then your auction bids cannot exceed 100m (in total, per round).
