Aboriginal Health

The head of the department of aboriginal health in WA was not deemed suitable for court action after an anti corruption team found that department funds had been used for a Freo Dockers corporate box. It was argued the box was necessary for the health of aboriginal youth.

IMO this is second class treatment for aboriginals. An Eagles box would have been far more appropriate

I know people who work in Aboriginal Health and they are constantly set back by the great Australian artform of beurocracy.

I am sure that there are some organisations that are wasting money like nobodies business but, the one's that I know of still go through the same legal red-tape and government bullshit as I do.

Typical response from a west aussie if you don't like it leave. Australia is a democracy, freedom of speech etc & I was responding to 2 west aussies comments which I believe were racially inspired.
If it is OK for west aussies to bag everything from vic & other teams, then it is OK for other people to air their views on the weagles & west aussies, no matter where they live. That is what living in a democracy is all about, deal with it.

I lived in Melbourne for a little over a year so yes, I do know what the melbournians are like as a group of people.

If most people you meet in WA are racist and facist you either dont have much of a social life and dont know many people or your social life revolves around some odd people in WA. Most West Australians are very nice people but yes, you do get the odd person. Calling a group of 2 million people facist and racist however is uncalled for when perhaps 20,000 of them have different views!
