No chasing, no effort, we are slack and lazy, what a pathetic excuse for a team. Nobody has even won their position and looked like it. We don't care and we have so much to improve on. We are pathetic. Next week we'll get knocked out of finals by Adelaide.

Mate i rekon the bullies might get up. We definitely dont deserve top 4 though. This is the most embarasing start to a match i have seen in the past ten years at hawthorn.
Surely Clarko will pick them up for the 2nd half considering a top 4 is on the offing.

Disposal crap, pressure non-existant, discipline absent.
Cannot imagine a worse possible way to go into Septmeber.
We need a second half like we had against the Bulldogs.
Sydney have given us grief for years. But if the doggies can win today, we can consider today a blip and we can count our lucky stars that we still get a home final(practically) and a double chance, ensuring a decent taste for what is within reach on a regular level.
And did we really think Hawthorn was a top 4 side going into this season? No matter what happens, Hawthorn have exceeded expectations and we can sleep tonight knowing we are still alright.

These ****s need to stop worrying about getting their nails done, or what skirt is on special and learn how to lay a ****ing tackle and put their head over the footy with out crawling.
The boys cant handle getting it served up defensively or with any one who has hunger to pick up the football. Everyone talks about our 'hard man coaches' they really need to teach them how to tackle and not expect every game to be free flowing with no tackles.

Did you really expect to win though, I mean we know what do to come finals time, we were always going to make a statement and we are a physically and mentally stronger side.
The Hawks are still young and this week and the next will identify the really players and the passengers.

This may astonish you, but some people actaully believe Sydney CAN loose!!!

I know we can lose, but I would have bet my house on the Hawks losing today. Young, green to a degree, soft players, at the moment vs a Top 4 side for the past 3 years, finals hardened on their own dung heap.
We were always going to beat you, next week is a different story.

Nope, dont think we'll make it. The Pies play well against us. May make it as far as Prelim.
But who knows.
Hawks will learn from this and come back much better next year.
We don't deserve to be in the top 4. When we learn to play with heart, and give it everything we have got, like the Kangas, who give 150% every week, and learn to bl...y TACKLE, which has been a weakness all year, then we deserve to be there. Good luck to the Kangas, they have always done it tough, they have terrible facilities, we have the best, and yet we still don't give a yelp when it comes to winning a very important game today. I always said that the PA game would come back and bite us on the bum..and it has!! Just wonder what excuse AC and team will use today? They are not up to it, mentally OR physically. I can't see us winning a cup for many years to come. I feel for the likes of Crawf, who will never see a premiership with us..And at my age I may never see another one either!!!
The team have not learnt ANY lesson this year. I just freeze at what the Crows will do to us next week. They must be rubbing their hands together at the moment..Pathetic game!!Pathetic effort!!We have got a long,long way to go.
