For those in Adelaide, this gig is on tonight at the Bridgeway to celebrate Bon Scott's birthday. Should be a cracker.

Even though I'm not a fan of ACDC I respect how good their music is and there is one song that I think is brilliant!! Led Zeppelin levels good and that is "Shake a Leg"..and yet, I've never heard it played on radio, yet it's probably their best song (in my humble opinion)...that riff is incredible and it's just better than a lot of other tracks I've heard from them.

I often find them a bit too cheesy with the anthems...but I lean more towards being a queen fan.

But shake a leg is incredible, especially on a half decent stereo system. It should have been their biggest hit, yet it's not even on YouTube.

Back In Black was probably their last album where the lesser-known tracks stand up on their own.

Phil Rudd, AC/DC drummer, sentenced to house detention

Phil Rudd, a drummer with rock group AC/DC, has been sentenced in New Zealand to eight months in house detention for drug possession and making threats to kill.

Rudd, 61 and born in Australia, had originally denied the charges but changed his plea in April.

The Tauranga court heard he threatened to "take out" a former employee.

A subsequent police raid on his house in Tauranga found a stash of marijuana and methamphetamine.

His sentence will be served at his beachfront home in Tauranga, with Judge Thomas Ingram warning he would be jailed if he breached the conditions, New Zealand media reported.

Telephone threats
The court had heard how Rudd had fired several employees after the failure of his solo album in August last year.

Then in September, he telephoned an associate in Australia saying he wanted one of those former employees "taken care of".

In another call he offered the associate money and high-value goods, which the man believed would be in exchange for carrying out the request.

Rudd also called the victim of the threat, saying he was going to kill him, the court heard.

The drugs were found when police raided his home on 6 November.

Rudd's lawyer had said the threats were "just an angry phone call" and that a drug conviction would have serious final consequences for the drummer, meaning he could not travel to some countries to perform.

Judge Thomas Ingram dismissed this, though accepted that Rudd had reconciled with the victim and paid compensation.

Rudd is not currently a member of AC/DC, one of the world's biggest rock bands, and has not been invited to join them on their tour of New Zealand and Australia later this year.

it use to be on youtube, disappeared like alot of songs.

Best I could fine.

Personally, as said, this song is the ultimate. Good pre work out warm up song...

Back in Black and Fly on the Wall my favourite Johnson albums.

Since Fly on the Wall is considered a flop, there's no standout songs, which makes every song a lesser song, and you've got gems like the title track and Sink The Pink.

I don't think so, I think AC/DC would definitely announce it when they retire and so a farewell tour for the occasion. Unless of course something happens to Angus or Brian, then I can see them pulling the plug.

Been nearly six years since they were last here; two new albums in the last 15+ years. Brian's 68... how much longer can he run around the stage leaping onto Hell's Bell etc?
