How?

We're just pathetic agitators after all.

We can not vote these jokers out.
We need to start some where.

Would it be value if I started a Facebook group just to gauge interest?

I realise likes aren't worth shit, but would it give an indication of interest?

The team is playing like it did in 2011. As if the players have no passion for the club or have lost faith in the club. How can players be held accountable for their on field performance when no one at administrative level is being held accountable for stuff up after stuff up that has now put the club back years in its quest for a premiership. (Not that it seems as if we have ever really appeared to be doing everything possible to win a flag for the last decade)

Salient.

We need someone with credits in the bank and a public image.

Agree. Wholeheartedly agree with you but Trigg won't quit, Chapman doesn't have the guts to sack him and the supporters don't have the power to elect a new board.

So how do we do it?

However, it's all good as we have some easy beats coming up.

We have Sydney next week that should be a loss but then we can beat up on the Saints, Giants, Western Bulldogs and then the Dees and then at the bye turn at 4 and 3 with little worry.

Yes, we are a flat track bully.

Public figures with influence.

I nominated Roo from MMM. He has the contacts.

I swear in some ways we haven't evolved with modern AFL on or off the field.

Geelong would've tapped Rutten and Thompson on the shoulder to retire and delisted or traded Porps, Reilly, Jaensch and Martin and identified one or two players that were undervalued either in the draft or on another teams list and aggressively chased to get them at a below market value price.

Not only that but in terms of on field performance why would you ever pick Porps as Sub? The role is perfect for burst players who can have enormous short term impact but tend to fizzle over the length of a game or Dynamic utilities who are difficult to match up on and can be utilised when a weakness is identified.

I love Porps but he's a sub 180cm player with well below average pace who can kick 40 metres and has average hands/foot skills. Yes he has good vision but the pace of the modern game has passed him by. Far from the type of selection you want at sub.

I get the impression he is in Trigg and the boards corner.

Rowe is the same, a puppet. The board won't listen to Bone, Rucci or any news paper journalist.

I think it is worth a shot.

I also think if the club won't take our concerns seriously we need to hit them where it hurts - the sponsors. Just because the crows admin might ignore a groundswell of supporters demanding change, I doubt the sponsors will be the same. If they receive enough communication along the lines of not supporting their product/service until there is change at the crows starting with the ceo, they might start putting pressure on the board. I don't think they would want their sponsorship to bring negative publicity, and as mentioned above, we need someone/company with some influence to start pushing for change, and since we seem to be just concerned with $$$ maybe unhappy sponsors will finally do the trick. Just my 2 cents.....

I don't post here much these days but put this on Facebook - sums up my thoughts!

"Crows - 2 games in --> zip-2 - not a lot to look forward to after today - thanks for nothing. If no big turnaround next week against a top side - may as well prepare for 2015!!"

Also - I wonder about how much more AO will feel more like Ports Home ground than ours! It may be come the ground we share with them as opposed to them using our home Ground at Aami!

Back on footy - we are fumbly and indecisive with no decent forward structure. Eddie will get better but Pods -- Hmm! what's that other job he is going to do - start now!!

Accepting mediocrity is playing Podsiadly next week. His performances are membership microwaving material.

I think the entire coaching team (perhaps bar Sando and Milburn) need to go. The entire admin team need to go. Porps, Truck(ret.), Pods, Reilly, Martin, McKernan need to go. Too many chances.

We want change NOW.

We are at Adelaide Oval and the license transfer is done..
They were key reasons why he was apparently important to keep..

Mission complete, GTFO..

we're two games into the season, no need to overreact yet.
that said, I'm not that excited about footy this year. realised how much my gold membership is and how little i'll use it.

I posted last season about our continued perseverance with a group of experienced players who, collectively, have let us down for many years. Sure there have been individual honours, but the reality is that every year prior to R1 you can look at the team sheet, see the same names and know with certainty we will not be successful.

But of course I was branded a heretic for daring to question what has become a herd of sacred cows.

I actually feel the same, really what's the point. Even when we do finally get rid of Trigg, whose next... Smart - how uninspiring. We will still have the same board, the same Phil Harper, the same coaches etc etc.

It's a hopeless feeling being a Crows supporter over the last few year. At least the other basket cases get the high draft picks.
