
I would 100% swim quicker if I had a couple of days off and did nothing, but I can't go a day without going.
In saying that should really get motivated to work a lot harder in general to get really fit. Like 10 x 50m near sprints on the minute. Or pyramids of 50, 100, 150, 150, 100 and 50 at near full effort with half a minute rest in-between. Feels likes death trying to get through stuff like though haha.
