Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't Kelly say, "the only scenario where we wouldn't consider matching would be if we got pick 2". To me this says, if we get pick 2, we don't even think about it. If we don't, we need to consider that the contract is not worth pick 2, then we might match. I never heard him say "pick 2 or we match".
