Someone on our board floatedthis trade scenerio:

Adelaides first to GWS for berg and one of Hampton/Wilson.

Collingwoods first to GWS for Treloar.

So effectively Scharenberg & the pies 2015 first rounder for treloar, GWS get two decent first rounders and we get Berg & one of the giants pair.

So effectively

Treloar and Hampton for picks 8-10 & 12-14.
Shaz and 8-10 for Treloar
Shaz and Hampton for 12-14

Good deal for the Crows. Not sure about the Pies. Close to the mark for us.
I think it would be a case of the pies making the best out of a bad situation, if shaz wants to go home he more then likely will, our pick 11 ish seems a bit steep to me considering his foot issues and a knee reco have kept him to only two games in as many years which is why we'd feel more comfortable with either Hampton or Wilson thrown in, if Treloar is going to cost two first rounders which I think he will then surely this is the best way to do it for the pies?

GWS are getting bent over royally though and it is absolutely ridiculous. Treloar is going to cost the 2015 and 2016 first rounders from the Pies. Simple. No need to involve 3rd clubs. Maybe a player like Witts thrown in as the steaknives, with a pick going the Pies way, but these 3 way deals are just silly...and Adelaide are making out as absolute bandits!

I don't see how getting Collingwood and Adelaide's first rounders this year is much different to getting Collingwood's first rounders in 2015 and 16, given they will likely be a top eight side next year. Unless you specifically want a pick in next year's draft instead given supposed weakness of the 2015 crop.

2016 is from all reports a MUCH stronger draft. GWS would be absolutely insane to not get a future pick in 2016, one that they can trade if need be next season. Pick 10/12 this year is a dartboard shot, with that pick basically being pick 14 with the academy selections taken out. GWS might accept slight unders, but they won't be helping TWO teams, that is beyond silly.

Pick 10-14 wouldn't be a dart board shot pick for the giants at all, they've got hopper & Kennedy coming in this year which will be bid on before that pick, it will mean they won't have to go into debt for next years crop, they could potentially use the pies first for hopper, their original pick on whoever they want and our pick on Kennedy and just have to shuffle a few places in the later rounds, anyway I think it's fair for the three clubs, you don't,that's cool.

Pick 10-14 when the draft is fairly average after the top 15 is ordinary. You are talking about one of the best young mids in the game. Adelaide walk away like bandits, of course you would love the deal. A better deal for GWS is getting 2 first rounders (2015/2016) from one club. The first one used for Hopper./Kennedy this season, and the other to be used or traded in 2016 when the draft isn't thin.

2 1st Rounders might be a Bit Overs.

Pies 1st and 2nd Rounds Picks in 2015 and maybe a Player.

Any Player that Leaves and says wants 1 club always gets Screwed Over.

Same as Ryder and Beams last trade period

The beams trade was fair both sides. Pies are actually one of the fairest traders. Can actually see Witts at least being asked about if I were GWS. They may think otherwise, but it would be handy having a ready made Mumford replacement at least, or something like that. 2 first rounders for Treloar is basically the going rate. Whether that 2nd one is a 2nd rounder + player is the question.

2 first rounders sounds fair, especially if neither is a top5 pick.
Pies' 1st and 2nd is way unders, and what player would you try to deal to them? Anyone you'd want to trade eg. Kennedy, Witts, Seed wouldn't get a game with them, they're bursting at the seams with talent.

No way. This guy is seriously underrated on BigFooty, won't be by the club he chooses though.

Depends on who that 'player' is. Witts could be worth it. Just depends how highly they rate Lobb, etc as 2nd rucks. Would Collingwood be willing to trade a KPD in this deal? Now that might be an option.
