I was flicking through the 2017 season guide and saw the list of all players who had played at least a game for the Crows. And I got to thinking about the best side that could be constructed from this list, plus the current list. Here goes:

Backs: Bassett - Talia - Hart
Half back: McLeod - Caven - Smart
Centre: Goodwin - Ricciuto - Sloane
Half forward: D Jarman - Walker - Burton
Forwards: Welsh - Modra - Betts

Rucks: Rehn - Dangerfield - Edwards

Interchange: Thompson - Johncock - Jacobs - McGuiness

Emergencies: Bickley - Doughty - Rutten

I didn't consider Carey, because he didn't play his best footy with us.

thats a very difficult team to argue with

would have bickley ahead of edwards, as stated caven - while he was a genuine gun for us in the premiership years - shouldn't be ahead of rutten. rutten to FB, talia to CHB

don't know if i'd have mcguiness in there either, edwards would be ahead of him IMO
