AFL Club
Adelaide
- Melbourne: Only a crap team would lose to Hawthorn, unlike us :)
- Kangaroos: Only beat Hawthorn by 29 points? Please.
- Port Adelaide: 81 points? Close but no cigar, we won by 86.
- Western Bulldogs: 12 point win. Nuff said next.
- Brisbane: 48 points? That's all? Give me a break.
- Richmond: 1 point win. Don't make me laugh.
- Geelong: 53 points. *yawn*
- Fremantle: See Melbourne.
- Sydney: 1 point win. See Richmond.

Bombers won by 74 points today.

I guess we're better than them too.

And for those of us who get coverage of both games, those third quarter brawls provided some good half time (i.e. Adelaide-Carlton half time) entertainment. :D

Hehehe, we beat Port Adelaide by more than you did. :p

Had to think of a team we both love to beat.

Then again, Port normally have nightmares when they play us so I guess I better factor that in our win over them. :(

Hehehe, Petrie isn't doing a whole lot at CHF atm and I honestly think he could really turn out to be a great CHB who occassionally goes forward.

I guess he is finding it hard being double teamed every week.

Wells looks great and still looks to be in second gear.

I'd cry if we lost those two, they are really going to be a major part of the next decade for us. Petrie sacked his manager when he found out his manager was trying to squeeze more money out of the club and said he would look at other clubs if he wasn't offered more. He is great person aswell as a player.

Harris is a true gem, a real in and under player with good speed and excellent skills. He has struggled getting game time and spends far too much time on the pine.

I never expected much out of 2004 and i still doubt we will make the finals but its good to see the young kids develop.

Still, we wont really hit our straps until around 2006. Too many of the younger players dont have a great deal of matches or game time.

I hear our recruitment manager, Stibbard, is thinking of leaving the club. :( He is ****ed because he brought Davey to Melbourne to play for us, he was also arranging for us to get Guerra and Guerra has accepted to play with us.

Stupid club should listen to this guy, his recruiting has been brilliant. :(

If he is that good we'll have him :)

Ayres wouldn't listen to him.

He'd probably redraft Ryan Fitzgerald.

Do you reckon he'd be reaching the stage yet where he's performed more for Big Brother than the AFC?

Yes.

He's broken his nose, but that hasn't stopped him performing for once.

He's also a fair sight bigger than he ever was at the Crows.

Which suggests our weights program is ****ING CRAP, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! STOP PRODUCING STICKMEN!

Oh for ****s sake we have changed outr weight program and we are already seeing some changes. It can't happen overnight but it has been starting to happen and we will see the full results in a couple of year.

You said yourself that Smith has bulked up a great deal. Watts has already put on 5 kg this year. Schuback, Hentschel, Bock and Ladhams have all bulked up.

Give it a chance. It can't happen as quickly as we would like.

Lets hope he doesn't leave. :)

I have a gut feeling he would go to Richmond if he left, the Stibbard/Miller combo is pretty good at getting good quality players.

With Richmond's revolving door policy in relation to their admin would make plenty of room for him there. :p

We should have had Rawlings, Guerra and Davey playing for us this year, ended up with McKernan and Shane Harvey. :(

I don't think that would go down in the highlights reel.

In all seriousness, if he did leave the club he would be an awesome pickup for any other club.
