Well I guess happy birthday is in order.

I was being impatient but considering I wasted 16 Hours for my first pick i didnt really feel like i should of hurried you up. And just a question Kung FU. In the case of those who have the first and last picks of each round. Do they get 24hours or 48 considering they have 2 picks.
 
24 hours - it IS just a game. :)
 
Pick 12 - Joel Corey

Sorry Rig! Hard to resist - 191cm midfielder in his prime, huge stats, plenty of tackles, clearances, inside 50s.

I really like the pick of Simon Black, Roo. He was a bit of a shock in the Brownlow the last two years as runner-up, but I think it shows how he is really carrying that team at the moment and how much Lethal put on his shoulders. Although he will crack 30 this year, I think he will really flourish under Vossy. Honestly thought I might be able to pick him up with my next pick.

While I see some logic in that approach, in reality, RooDog and crows98 have a much easier job in that they only have to make themselves available about half as often. I don't want to seem too impatient, because this is essentially a time-wasting exercise. Also keep in mind, most of the time the 24 hour will rarely be a strictly 24 hours unless the next poster is foaming at the mouth mental and refreshing the page every 5 minutes, like me.

I had a lot of players in contention for that last pick so I took a while, I wonder who Kristof picked!
 
I picked the Fev - and then had an anxious ten minutes!
 
My bet is that Vic Crow is looking for a KPP or ruck that he can justifiably pick up this early but finding it hard work. Will probably go with another mid.
 
Pick 14 - Jarryd Roughead

Spewing that Fev went, but Roughead allows me to alter my structure later based on needs because I can slide him forward or back.

I was hoping the same. I was going to take him with my 3rd round pick. Now ill sit and wait on a good FF, that is fit enough to play up the field, and is a thumping kick. Now their are 4 midfielders and 2 backman im tossing up for my next 2 picks. i think 2 of them should be their by my 3rd pick. and the CHB im looking at is good enough to play midfield. Youll notice that in my team at the end of this. Good players all over the field but a fit team, were anybody can go midfield when i want them.

But my last pick (22nd round) will be on someone i know from Sydney under the scholarship program. Ranga Ediriwickrama. Only going to be a Rookie, but good enough to be in the midfield rotation at Geelong. Yes he is that good. But smart of Geelong to use a rookie oick on him, and get better talent in the draft (Motlop) How many Motlops is that now?

I choose Nathan Bock. Not many top class very good CHB's around and I've already got a Gun mid under my belt.

I was going to take Cooney here, but wall_ryan took him. He's the only real AA KPP left.

And Riggy1990...I assume this was the player you were after? If so you shot yourself in the foot as I was going to take him in 4 picks time which gives you 2 stabs...

No i wanted a CHB, who is fit enough to go in the midfield.

I take Chad Cornes. WOW! the 4 midfielders i like for the next round are still their.

Skipworth just picked up by Essendon, and Richmond took Cousins
