You can see why one would think this.

But 12 games in 3 years suggests the kid never really had the heart in it. - More believable.

Definitely more believable. It also wasn't Hampton that was "leaking" about the camp.

I'm sure the camp didn't help, but his health and injury issues combined with a lack of "love for the game" seem to be the biggest factors here.

He has had on odd career for an AFL footballer. An underage sekection he arrived to us in 2011 without the usual AFPLA protections regarding workloads. He was in the first lot when Rooty Hill RSL was our training facility.
Quickly joined by a heap of early draft picks training under different rules.

In 2015 he was competing for a running half back slot with Nathan William's, Zac Wilson and Josh Kelly.

Other players handled it, but with an expanded list of young talent and limited experienced players to mentor him it may have had a long term affect on his development.
Nathan Williams and Zac Wilson hey?

Lol i get what youre saying but

It's exactly what happened. Nathan Wilson developed his defence and nailed a permanent spot from round 1 in 2016. Zac William's a few rounds later as the 7th back/utility and Josh Kelly moved to the midfield.

If you want to see Wilson's potential look at some of his early 2016 games, he was electric before his hips became a problem. Looks past those problems now, but discipline and opposition attention probably hold him back a little.

Yeah i know. I had a chuckle at the mix up of the names. Happens to all of us

It's was the use of an aboriginal artifact as a talking stick, which belonged to the tribe of one of the players.

I heard that the players were not really freaked out by the concept of a talking stick but more what the stick actually said. It kept interrupting people and shouting stuff like "Hey guys! Whats brown and sticky? A stick! HAHAhaha!" and sh1t like that. There is only so much of that crap you can take while you are talking seriously about how to play footy next year.

This should be good. I'm certain Adelaide would have contacted them once this media announcement was confirmed to try spin the truth. Would the Crows pay them off to withhold the truth

Would depend on what the truth is I guess. I’d like a bit of a shake up to the boys club that is Adelaide

It seems Adelaide are the one's that cannot let this go.

Edit: So it is Collective Mind that cannot let this go. That is even more hilarious

I was hoping CM would throw Burton under the bus.

I think at this stage Adelaide just want to move on and forget about the whole thing. The fact CM wanted to hold a press conference on the first day of the Crows post-season, makes me think they are just out for spite. If they wanted to protect their brand they should have spoken up earlier in the year when the shit was hitting the fan. It just seems pointless to pipe up about it now.

Confirmed:

Taylor Walker invented the Power Stance.

What a ****.

Confirmed that 90% of the reporting on this camp was a crock of shit and typical media beat up.
The irony of the power stance, and you know this is true, had we won the GF, everybody would have been lining up to imitate it.
We didn't win, so all of a sudden every aspect of our club is screwed apparently.
