She certainly did. That was long but interesting read. Oddly enough she and the club are suggesting that the leak is from players families and or managers rather than the players themselves.

Wow that’s massive. Just massive. No complaints to the AFLPA, no formal complaints made to the club, no one telling the whole story to a journo. Just the camp ‘may not have been for everyone’. Find the weak and get rid of them. Footballers have become little princesses. Harden the f*** up or go play for Melbourne. Good ol Caro knows SFA and her article is hardly enlightening.

So although nothing happened and nobody was offended we will have a third go of explaining what didn't go wrong and how all the playing group are happy and have no issues with the camp.
Good luck with the non issue crows.
NO, no, you have it all wrong, they are going to address it.

They still don't know where they went.

Rumour is they've cut ties with Collective mInds, either way, will be interesting to see if all the medi atalk amounts to anything?

Who would've guessed!

Pity the clubs didn't just concentrate on their players knowing the skills required to play the game, making the club enviroment a happy place to be in and leave the psychiatric stuff to the people who really need it......the fact it is all secretive and not to even be spoken of to family is very very suss imo.

The clubs should not have the right to be playing with peoples minds like this .. should never be allowed.

First 30 seconds covers this

What precisely happened that the indigenous players collectively weren't cool with?

Cultural inappropriate behaviour but I've also been told that the indigenous player's performances in the Grand Final were singled out for particular criticism.

There's this ad around about basically not drinking at the footy, and Eddie Betts is relaying how he was on the bench and Charlie Cameron went up for a screamer, and how excited and proud he was. Shows Eddie acting like a little boy on the sideline. It's actually, strangely enough, pretty endearing. Wonder if Cameron got a lot of shit and that's why he took off and that's why Eddie's pretty aggrieved? Not to mention this mind stuff is just so white and 'new age.' Plenty of aboriginal guys could find it extra offensive.

Oh ok no worries. I am just unsure what it means is all.
From what the press conference said, it was the introduction of an artifact as a talking stick by an elder while doing the welcome to Country.

Has to be more to it than that, said the above was dealt with within 72 hours.

Article recently written said an indiginous player returned home to deal with his frustrations??

Disapointed one of the indiginous boys wasn't there to speak about it, hopefully it's dealt with now and they can get on to playing footy, I doubt it though

They used a talking stick from the local indiginous group and one of the players was from that area and didnt like it.Also they kept talking about rights of passage which is part of indiginous culture

Thats what I found really weird, hence why it would have been good to have one of the players there to talk about it.

Isn't Betts appearing in a Google Home Mini ad baking a cake just as "white" and "new age" too?

Whatever it is it sounds like a storm in a teacup. If you get upset about virtually nothing then you are a protected species.

Maybe I wasn't paying attention, but the last time I wandered through the Richmond FC museum, I didn't happen to see Jack Dyer's talking stick.

Although, I think I did see the photos of our premiership teams of 1920-21 in the power stance position prior to those grand finals.
