I prefer this mad house to the one we get after we lose some games in a row though.People calling to have Parish moved out of the midfield...
We win some games in a row and this place turns into a mad house.
I think we definitely need a fast start. Keep the crowd quiet and maybe take advantage of them playing sub-standard opposition last week so it might take them a little bit to adjust to real pressure again.
Walker could be a real problem matchup for us with Hurley and Ambrose both out.
Absolutely. Brisbane came here yesterday and completely shut out the home crowd advantage with a fast start. Will be closer than the bookies suggest, as we haven't been great at home this year.
Ohhh, I'm not too sure about that; the team takes a loss pretty well...I prefer this mad house to the one we get after we lose some games in a row though.
Well his game on the weekend was ok. Solid performance. I wouldn't say he set the world on fire or deserved a call up as a result though.Surprised to see no one mentioning Begley to come in if Fantasia misses. Has he been that underwhelming in the twos?
My theory has been to add the consistent nuffy posters to my ignore list, it greatly increases the average quality of posting.People calling to have Parish moved out of the midfield...

It's gone off this year whoever said that.My theory has been to add the consistent nuffy posters to my ignore list, it greatly increases the average quality of posting.
I'm struggling to keep up.

Laverde gets the chop before Redman or Langford. IMO. Has done nothing for 3 weeks and when he does get a set shot that is not directly in front 20 out he always misses. Langford could play half forward and do just as well and also provide a spare midfield rotation. Redman had a bit of a mare game but he has been very good overall.Out; Hurley (inj), Hooker (inj) Fantasia, Redman, Langford (all omitted)
In; Hartley, Zerk, Snelling, Ridley, Heppell

Maybe ready this week. How far off is Ambrose?
Excellent news. You could argue based on this season that Hurley is slightly less important and more replaceable than Ambrose (although he is still indisputabely a big loss to the side).Ambrose in line to return this week as well.
Dons defender's return from quad injury could fix Hurley hole
Essendon could welcome back Patrick Ambrose ahead of Friday night's clash with Adelaidem.afl.com.au
