He’s always been a big boy but needs to get some conditioning as he develops. He is probably the most talented young player on our list. Doedee the next. And then it drops off massively.
Not convinced Chayce Jones or Galucci will amount to anything. Even someone like Milera is average at best.

It's pathetic.
Nicks - first time head coach
Clarke - also coach of AFLW, who's been there for 10 years
Godden - first year in charge of the midfield, never coached at AFL level or even played AFL before
Mattner - we sacked him a few months ago
Hart - sacked by Collingwood, couldn't get a gig so we signed him up and were going to sack him before Francou left. Dead set hopeless
Reilly - average ex-AFC player, elevated to senior role to cover Mattner who we sacked, only been a coach for 3 years
Wright - covering for Hart who was suspended, only been a coach for 2 years
Younie - ex-SANFL player who heads up our player development for last 7 years
This has to be the worst coaching panel in the AFL. Practically zero experience or quality

Yep.Don't mean to be a negative Nancy, but this might be the worst year ever in the modern game to bottom out. Might be neck and neck with when GWS/GC came into the comp.
- Very little or no underage football will be played so scouting will be far more difficult as someone has pointed out
- Because of the above, the players aren't having a chance to develop and improve, in what is a crucial year for players historically
- One of the potential number one picks is already tied to a club, as are a host of other talented players in this years crop
If I was to speculate, seeing how the Crows are run from a management POV, I wouldn't be surprised if they scouted this years crops as 16 and 17 year old from the assumption that they wouldn't have a high pick to use, so might be even more disadvantaged
I think this years draft will be a goldmine for clubs who perhaps don't have those really high end picks, because there could be some gems unearthed in any of the rounds!

I love a good pile on but some of this is dramatic garbage. I'm sure they'll rebuild and be back in contention within 7 years like most well-run clubs in the AFL.
