It is 100% incorrect & completely fabricated. This cant be true
= appointment of Birdbrain. It went downhill after that camp.
Got to feel for Gibbs. Was almost an A grade midfielder at Carlton, and now he can't even get a game in a non finals side. What happened?

Are you reading the same Adelaide board? Stop sprouting crap. I would say 90% on our board have wanted Roo gone since 2018. We have all wanted Chapman gone since 2012.
Employing Burton as fitness manager above the vastly more credential and experienced Poulos - who left as a result.
Seems a massive boys club too, all of them bar Nicks that actually played AFL were ex-Crows.
One thing we know for sure, the Adelaide crows are one of the most delusional sporting clubs/supporter bases on earth.
Many people (including myself) have been argued with Crow’s about one particular problem for years now and this problem is still bloody there! This will ensure the Crows disaster will continue for years to come...
How can Justin Reid still be in charge of the list????
Incredible!!
He has gutted the place and still holds arguably the most important job at the club!
Look at this:
Team Reid-
Hamil McAsey Seedsman
Milera Doedee keys
Gallucci Jones McHenry
Davis Himmelberg Murphy
Wilson Fogarty Crocker
Frampton Gibbs Poholke Stengle
That’s the entire list of players who have been brought in under Reid, played an AFL game and still on the crows list. (I’ve highlighted the ones who aren’t even good enough to crack into this atrocious crows team.)
In the meantime Reid has given up to opposition clubs:
Pick 10 2017
Pick 17 2017
Pick 19 2018
Pick 11 2019
Mitch Mcgovern
Charlie Cameron
Alex keath
Sam Jacobs
Eddie betts
Josh jenkins
Hugh greenwood
Cam Ellis-yolmen
Jake Lever
Jarryd Lyons
Ricky henderson
Crazy stuff! Still manages the list this guy!
Good point. Except one.The narrative that this season has a Asterix is complete bullshit. If the league recognises and counts say the 1924 season, a tin pot 9 team state comp with a generation of player lost to war and some ridiculous round robin finals series, a 17 round 18 team league where everyone plays each other once and it is survival of the fittest both mentally and physically, there should absolutely be no Asterix, even if it does suit your narrative.
See I think you have the opposite problem that MNIG said (which was a borderline troll) Crows fans seem smart and very knowledgeable about the state of their club and list, but it's the club's board and administration, that are in a state of Denial, if not delusional..
The Problem is I believe that under the current set up, Crows members/supporters do not have the ability to call for an Emergency Board Meeting and ask for a spill of the board and elect new/fresh faces to the club's board.
Loyal supporters such as yourself, who have poured in thousands of dollars into the club over the years, deserve to have some autonomy and say in the club's administration and board movements.
The SANFL have certainly not given you or Port Adelaide any favours over the years
It's easy for Victorian club supporters to have a go at AFC supporters for the people and admin running the club, but as I say, they have no power or control at all over that.
I think we need to show some empathy for Crows fans, who are bleeding for their footy but pretty much have no say in who runs in or how to create meaningful change at West Lakes.
He’s ******* useless - but the issue is the people who hired him; same as Burton.
Someone will write a book about that camp one day.
This cant be true
First part of your post, I assume you don’t live in Adelaide. If you did, you would know that most Crows supporters in the general population have little to interest in having things change, and are quite happy to blame the “bloody vics” and “bloody afl”, instead of blaming those running the club and demanding change. I will give you an example of this. I have an Uncle that runs his own law firm and up until recently was on the state parole board, who is also a season ticket holder for the club. I made the suggestion to him about running for the board, and he laughed and suggested I was joking. Most Crows supporters are like this sadly.
Secondly, you are correct, the SANFL have ruined the club as members have no control over the club. It is for this reason I refuse to give the club my money, as it means nothing, and as far as the board and the admin at the club go, as long as the members are renewing, and they are getting there money, all is good, and therefore there is no reason for change. Thankfully the AFL now own the licence until 2028. With a bit of luck, they will step in and kick out those running the club, as those running the club feel they are untouchable. The way the club treated the comments about the club by Andrew McLeod. Also, Rod Jameson on Sunday evening after the game on ABC grandstand made comments blaming Don Pyke for the current situation, again passing the buck for how things are going.

I think , yes , still! It's staggering to see how far they have fallen
Proud club but the effort v Port was woeful
Are their off field issues at play?
I think the "big dog roo " is a major problem over there????If ever anyone needed proof that the big dog roo is still looking after his mates, it’s in this weeks team selection with his good mate/pub buyer Tex surviving the chop. Comedy
It's not much point, pointing out past "goods and bads", it's now that seems something dreadfully wrong is happening. And everyone remembers the camp and deep brain discussions that put some off side for ever! Well that is how it looks , and no one says anything. But what happens if offence is taken by players and a good number never forget it. You fall down, into a bloody hole.... that's what's happens!Keep this in mind. In the AFL era, in a 30 year span from 1991-2020, of those 30 years, the crows have finished bottom 4 twice. In 1999 and 2011.
Theres Probably off field issues at play....
The had a good finals run from 2015-17. Should of made finals in 2018 and 2019 so it should of been a finals run from 2015-19.
Saying that... That 2017 was a good attacking side. I remember watching the 1st 6 games of the 2017 season. Did they deserve to finish top in 2017? Yes and No. Yes because they did enough to do it but in a way no as Cats, Richmond and GWS had lost a couple of narrow games and in Giants case, got a couple of draws. Cats, Richmond or GWS could of easily finished top in 2017 with 17 wins but didnt.
Crows Grinded out a 6 goal win vs GWS in the QF 12.12.84 to 6.12.48. Then won easily in the Prelim vs Geelong 21.10.136 to 10.15.75.
Crows were the faves walking into that Grand final vs Richmond and got belted 16.12.108 to 8.12.60. Jake Lever and Charlie Cameron were traded out.
The ladder was Harsh on the crows in 2018. they finished 12th with 12 wins and 10 losses where in most seasons, 12 wins would at least give you a finals spot in most scenarios.
In the 2019 season, they got 11th spot with 10 wins and 12 defeats. Again, turn a couple of Narrow losses into wins and they would of got 8th spot with good percentage.
Worse thing you can do in a top 8 finals system is finish 9th. I rather finish bottom 4 with a top 4 pick to use on a promising kid in the draft ot trade pick 4 to get multiple picks to get 2-3 good kids in the draft.
I always thought the Gibbs to Crows a was a South Australian special. Convinced the dreaded Vics had dudded them out of a father/son pick they then payed too much for a cashiered footballer.Where do we go to get a refund? Pretty sure we've got the receipt and original packaging.
The only people saying that there will be an asterisk next to the winners of a season where everyone plays each other once and everyone has the same opportunities is idiots whose teams aren’t going to win it and want to pretend it doesn’t matter. If you say so. For me, I think it absolutely DOES affect the season and the eventual premier, and I'd hazard a guess there's a lot of other fans who agree with me. As for 1924, it clearly doesn't apply to this discussion due to the facts that you've already asserted (not a national competition, etc.).
All I'm saying is that it might be wise, since the Crows normally don't have access to the top end of the draft, to use this "opportunity" to pick up a very high draft pick and play some kids at the same time.
The only people saying that there will be an asterisk next to the winners of a season where everyone plays each other once and everyone has the same opportunities is idiots whose teams aren’t going to win it and want to pretend it doesn’t matter.
The winner is the best team and the wooden spooner is the worst team, just like any other year.

And the only ones saying there won't be an asterisk are the idiots whose teams are playing well............![]()
