Reckon me and my goons get it pretty easily. We were shit 10 years ago and your fans (and administrators) were merciless about it. We're returning the favour whilst your mob have a worse fall of grace then we ever thought possible.

I remember the Port Adelaide vs “the bye“ memes that use to do the rounds on Facebook when you were at you were absolutely shocking.

It must be comforting to know you were never this bad though, and I can’t see the Crows rebounding near as quick either.

Yes they are in strife currently and are looking at a bit of pain in the immediate future but some of the ridiculous calls on here are amusing. Every club has lean patches but talk about them having no future etc, etc is just staggering.

They seriously have no future. After Doedee and McAsey (who could both up and leave any given year) and maybe Jones, Scholl and Hamill, who's there to carry them forward? Their high draft picks who may or may not leave a year or two into their career ala Gunston and Davis? And if you're hanging your hat on the draft then this is probably the worst year on record to do so all things considered.

When we were shit, the likes of Boak, Gray, Westhoff, Carlisle, Broadbent, Pittard, Jonas, Hartlett, Trengove and even players such as Young, Moore, O'Shea, Butcher and Lobbe were all getting games pumped in by the shit loads and the talent was obvious in those group of players too even if we were getting drubbed by a combined 300 points in consecutive weeks. And despite the big offers for guys like Boak and whatnot, how many left in our darkest hour? None.

Unless the Crows nuke the administration and start from ground zero then they're going to be ****ed for the long haul and I don't see people like Fagan and Roo leaving on their own accord.

Oh so when they lost by a combined 303 points across a 2 week period in 2011 or 2012 (one of those years), they were never as bad as this? Right 🤪

Hahahahahaha you speak like you’re an impartial party here, seriously 😂. I love how you also bang on about keeping those players through the lean periods, but then the Crows still passed you and made a GF, while Port remained mediocre and continued to provide laughs by losing finals after the siren. It’s going to feel even more amazing when the Crows pass you again soon enough, I’ll appreciate it a lot more this time!

I am involved in women’s sport but I accept it for what it is. The gap is massive between the men’s and women’s football so for people to say the Crows AFLW side would beat the men is more than just laughable

No future???
Yes their immediate future looks bleak but all clubs turn it around eventually. The way you are talking it sounds like they will be bottom for the next 20 years and the club folded. They are financially stable and have good support in the state so with the right people put in charge of the club it can be fixed.

I don't think it's quote as Ground Zero Bleak as that mate, but you are right that they won't make any meaningful progress in their list and club rebuild until the board and likes of Riccuito are are gone from the club.

I cannot stress enough how important it is for a club (especially a rebuilding one) needs to have a competent and self-aware board, not one full of boys club chardonnay sipping tools like the AFC.

Carlton's rebuild (draft pick sanctions aside) has taken longer than expected since 2002 (aside from a brief bright period under Dick Pratt) with shocking boards and presidents until the current board and regime (Ian Collins and Graham Smorgon were shocking people to replace that drunk fool John Elliott)

Brisbane and now Gold Coast have now gotten their act together after yeats of mediocrity, by having decent people placed on board and administration levels at their club.

And Crows fans are no mugs, they know this already, and have been crying out for regime change at the AFC for quite some time..

Wayne Jackson has been very reluctant to get involved at the AFC, but honestly, he needs to get his hands dirty and take over the reigns at the Crows (even for only a short transition period of 2-3 years) if only for the sake of South Australian Football..

How many left? Carlisle, Pittard, Wingard (who had been probably your most talented youth), Polec in and out, and so fair your 'amazing talent rebuild' has achieved a prelim appearance and a bunch of finals losses. If you win the premiership fair play but let's not talk like you've built a dynasty on your young talent from 2011.

What meaningful action are you expecting? If it's for every member to drop away then get real, some people don't have an investment into the club beyond gameday, they pay their subs, they turn up to games, that's it. They don't care about the rest.

Stop judging everyone based on either the casual observer or the gameday-only fanatic.

It's easy to cast judgement and say no one is doing anything but thus far you have not actually suggested action you would hope for.

Game day protests and noise beyond a silent jab on a message board is what is needed? You have mentioned many times they are protected by the media. If you want to remove that protection make some actual noise. Stop sitting behind a keyboard with your membership card in your pocket and proclaiming that is enough to demand change.

At this stage id be feral about it. Anything to get something done at this stage has to be done.

Or maybe you mean signs being unfurled that immediately get confiscated and you ejected?

I have seen NUMEROUS letters to both media and the club demanding change.

You and reality are not living in the same postcode pal. People aren't happy and they are making it known, but we have **** all power made even worse during a pandemic.

Don't be so disrespectful.
