13 wins 7 losses.

Sydney haven't exactly been easy to beat at the SCG since Adelaide's inception either.

Just look at West Coast for example who haven't beaten Sydney at the SCG since 1999.

Why is it that Adelaide beat the Swans with regularity at the SCG?

Well at least you follow through on your word. Nice tip, pal.

In all seriousness, we struggle on bigger grounds because our team as a whole plays largely unaccountable football. I feel that a lot of defensive weaknesses are less exposed at the SCG as opposed to say the G or Optus.

13-7 all time.
3-2 this decade at the SCG.
Meanwhile Adelaide hasn't won at Geelong since 2003. But the Cats have been a pretty good team for most of those seasons only missing the finals twice since 2004. (2006 2015)

There were a few years (roughly from 2013 to 2016) when we couldn't beat Sydney in Sydney to save ourselves.

In my view, historical win-loss ledgers are largely irrelevant. A player today doesn't care if the club has a good/bad record at a ground from 20 years ago when they were in the womb.
