Like the players Adem will get better with experience but you can’t just throw the toys out the cot because ‘ we have injuries’ or just accept it’s a reason for being shit . That’s a drugos mentality.

None of them would coach at our club given how much they all sook publicly or privately for favourable treatment

Got a bit of a look last night at the future that Yze and the club are waiting for. Patience is still needed as there are a few players we need to return from injury to complete the puzzle. Add Banks Mansell Hotton Trainor Smillie Rioli Gibcus Alger Armstrong & Sims to the line up and the way we play will completely change and we will start to see the side play with the speed and ball use that we see other teams play with.

Not what I meant, more it wouldn’t matter who our coach currently is; the results would be about the same. Due to the unavailability of players. That’s a fact. People currently overrate the list Yze has as well.

The more obvious interpretation I've said before is that Blair or someone has a faction on the MC dictating who gets played. That's why we went with Hopper, Ryan and Faull, because all 3 were contentious list decisions at the time (we overpaid for Hopper, no-one could believe the last contract extension Ryan got, and most were disappointed with how early we took Faull).

This is why I'm very concerned when I see bad list decisions, like the contracts for Balta and Gibcus, because I know they're going to get favoured in selection thereafter as well. It might not matter now, but might really start to hurt us down the line (as Hopper has).
