all i can find is front stripe????
If you've found the front stripes, put the AFL logo on top of them.
Click on it and Ctrl-X to cut it.
Then go back to those stripes, and Ctrl-F to paste it in front.

Mero, when you then paste that AFL logo, does it paste it in the exact same place where you cut it from?

Thank you so much! I've been trying to move it into the same place as it was before and it's just so annoying!!!! What would we do without you Mero? :hearts:
You can also turn on the Transform tab (Shift F8 or Windows>Transform)
there's values in the X & Y boxes that tell you where it is on the page.
If you take note of those values you can always paste something into exactly the same spot.
Same with pasting something exactly over the top of something else.
If you wanted to paste the Dreamtime logo onto exactly the same place as the AFL logo you paste it, then copy the X value and paste it to the Dreamtime X value, then repeat for the Y. If necessary you could then delete the first logo, or turn off visibility.

CtrlF does this for you? Lining up the coordinates is annoyingly time consuming

If you have two objects and you want one to Align to another object's position you can use "Align to Key Object"
The Key object is the object "in front of" the other object(s).
So you may need to Arrange>Bring to Front Shift + Ctrl + ] or Bring Forward Ctrl + ].

Example: Replace the AFL LOGO with NAFL logo.
Have the two logos on the same layer(simplest method)
The AFL LOGO is 'in front' of the NAFL, arrange accordingly.
Select both logos(objects)
In you Align Tab (Shift+F7) select Align To: Align to Key Object
Select Horizontal Align Center and Vertical Align Center, or whichever you require.
Delete AFL logo....Badda Bing, Badda Boom.

The best way for Home and Away sponsors, since they generally alternate on the guernseys.

is there any way to use the dropper tool and only change the fill or stroke?
or a way to lock the fill or stroke so that it won't change if i change it with the dropper?
To change one or the other make sure you click on the box at the bottom of the tool bar. You'll know its selected if it's the front box. Then use the dropper tool.

it's still changing the stroke when i select the fill
You're clicking a shape with both a fill and stroke with the dropper tool, aren't you? And when you do, the shape you want coloured turns into the shape you clicked.

I hate that. I would also love to know how to do this.

Hold shift when clicking on the colour you want.
